Share your experience. Upper management makes very poor decisions. Then use those decisions as excuses to work production on weekends, while they are never their on the weekends. They are so disconnected from the actual workers and the actual processes that are used to make product.
They view all employees as numbers. They never attempt to retain good employees. Then seem very confused as to why all the good employees leave.

I can say without a doubt, JCI has been the best career move I have ever made and so far I am very happy with the position and location I am in. For once in my life I really enjoy going into work every day. My manager is a great person. She helps me in any way she can even though she has 40 people to manage. I really don't know how she does it. My co workers and team are some of the best and most professional I've ever worked with.
A lot of working hours which equals to great pay so I'm not complaining. Definitely planning on retiring here.
