Fujitsu seattle

Alright company to work for and get started. Work gets fairly repetitive, and there system is ancient for getting and competing field calls. They are upgrading to a new system. Pros Some decent flexibility. Cons No benefits. Care to share? Help people considering your employer.

Share your experience. Good-co workers bad no diversity or promotion. They have a long way to get where some of tbe other fortune companies.

No advancement, as a afro American no diversity spent 3 years at the dallas location as a Network Engineer. Pros None. Cons Stressful. There is no mentoring to speak of at Fujitsu. And for those who were initial software architects, you can do no wrong even if their algorithms are less than robust.

Pros Pay was satisfactory. About as enjoyable as a penal colony. No leadership. No strategic thought, just buzzwords, back stabbing, and mini empire building. All hat and no cowboy. Benefits situation could be better but fair pay and company vehicle.

Otherwise paid well, had benefits, fairly flexible with time off requests, though note you will easily work overtime every week, very busy!

Also note since somewhat entry level, first to go if contract issues surmise or you get a negative customer review. Pros High independence and compensation. Cons Extremely busy and strenuous. Jobs at Fujitsu.

Software Development Intern. Research Scientist in Cryptography - Fujitsu Research. Customer Support Engineer. Business Analyst Intern. Service Delivery Manager. Colleagues are friendly and supportive, as it get into management there is a big separation.

Pros Learn a lot. Cons No time off for exams. They dont have much project and they dont have a great work culture, there is no work life balence and what ever package you are hired, you will not get much hike afrer that. We are living in diverse world but this actually exists only by name in Fujitsu as the reality proves completely different.

We hear Customer centric approach but some teams cheat in SLA and results to don't pay penalty. You work hard, show all efforts and improvements then once you fix all their issues, they kick you off the project and put their close staff to chill and so on.

The same mistakes happening again and again in every single project that is coming, never have lessons learnt. Many customers getting frustrated from early stage.

Customers are simply resigning the contracts. I have never seen in any company where you get promoted and your salary gets lower Yes it happens in this company. Good only to have experience as your first IT job. Go and look for some other better place. Pros Nothing. Cons Nothing. Nice work environment.

Lots of training opportunities. Pros Nice work environment. Cons less coordination among employees. Very smart people working together to build good products. Mgmt is supportive. A lot of great collaboration. Compensation was good. Pros Challenging work. Cons Being at remote center. I enjoyed it. The pay gradually went up.. Excellent company to work for, great benefits, great opportunities.

Very high expectations but rewards are commensurate with demands. I reported to multiple locations. The people are very inclusive and willing to help Intern Former Employee - Remote - November 7, The culture is awesome here.

Everyone, even people outside of your department, are willing to set aside time to chat, help, and spend time for you. Very hands-off. Good company to work for by name but not for a career or growth. It's a job while you find another job. I wouldn't work for it if it's the last company on earth. My time there was very lax and chill.

I was put into a group of very nice people. They trained me and made sure I understood the project. From flexible working to wellbeing and benefits, everything you need to know is here.
