Great security from the building. Beautiful area if you love the urban lifestyle. My husband bikes to work and I usually take public transport. Super well connected. Resident 4y ago. The air smells of body odor and marijuana smoke. The streets are lined with old volvos and other obscure old cars, all of which take up the extremely limited parking.

But that's fine, you don't need a car, you'll walk everywhere right. Nope, not without being accosted for change at every corner. Ride a bicycle then. Nope, all your money will go to medical bills for getting run over by the old volvos that take up all the parking.

It really doesn't get much better than Capitol Hill. Seattle : where the streets are paved with syringes. Just blocks away from amazing restaurants, dance bars and all the stores that you need to live in action, arts, theatre and music packed Seattle.
