With the Union environment and set contract, the growth is slow and one can find themselves stuck in repetition. The Salaried employees supervisors to Senior managers unusually assume they know best, and rarely know ones job. They have to rely on team leads, which is ok however, most are selected because of favoritism.
The Union in this location GA , is not a very proactive nor strong Union. No accountability for their members. The older Union members are entitled and think that they should not have to work.
