This was a must for one of our experiences since he loves cars! I appreciate the time and opportunity. Working for exotics is quite an experience. However, some people do not have the necessary skills for the positions they have, which causes a good amount of tension in the workplace. I would work for this company again, but would highly recommend knowing someone higher up first. Pros Plenty of time off. Cons Lack of communication. The company is black listed from buying cars from a lot of dealerships so they have ro but from private parties.
They had a massove loss in revenue this year, and instead of payibg their employees, they spent all this money on what they call the "series", which isnt even profitable, and laid off a CEO, shop manager, and basically the entire call center. I actually loved working there for the first month then they always criticize you for every little thing like if you were a pest, and made sure if you understood.

After that you are on your own to find things to do. After the vehicles have returned from the track, you meet with the track mechanic and find out what vehicles need services for the next day.
You will always be able to ask any teammate for help, as they are ready and willing to learn and grow as a technician. The hardest part of the position night crew is the hours, if you have a family you wont be spending a lot of time as the position takes up a lot of your afternoon and there is always a possibility of working till the A.
